We had fairly quiet room with coffee/tea making equipment, a dining area, and a seating area. Bidet in the clean bathroom was super awesome. Great and fantastic location not far from a metro station, that was handy.

The location was great and lovely, for example, Guggenheim was just a short walk away from the hotel. Not far from interesting places, because a subway station was not far from the property. The room was quiet with the bedroom and a double bed, for instance, just what was needed.

Clean hotel with welcoming and polite staff and magnificent location close enough to the Guggenheim as well as the Old Town area, bars, restaurants and 5mins from the bus stop for the airport bus, and Plaza Moyua.

No reason to complain, this was a very nice stay on vacation.

I had a great stay at Santiago Apartments in Bilbao. The location was excellent, with easy access to supermarkets and the bus from the airport. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the reception staff were helpful and provided a free map. The secure parking was a bonus. I highly recommend this apartment for a short break in Bilbao.

Everything was excellent, including very-very nice staff and excellent location to airport via bus. Location right by many attractions and good restaurants and shopping. Quite a walk from Plaza Bizkaia.

The air conditioning system was confusing and didn't work well, making the apartment too cold or too warm. The kitchen was poorly supplied, with a useless frying pan and missing items like wine glasses.

The hotel is located in the convenient place. We could easily access to the main shopping street and bars. The use of Wifi in the room is not free, but we could use the internet cable at business center for free, so there was no issue at all.
